At the initiative of the Science and Technology Secretariat, a meeting was held to relaunch the scholarship program “La Voz del Exterior”, founded by Dr. John Barker in support of the winners of the National Academic Olympics of medical students.
Present were the Dean Dr. Rogelio Pizzi, the Vice Dean Dr. Marta Fiol de Cuneo, the Secretary of Science and Technology of the UNC Carla Giacomelli, the Secretary of Secyt / FCM Dr. Marina Ponzio, the former Dean Dr. Norberto Allende and important representatives of the local academic-clinical field.
As a result of the meeting, proposals were agreed to give new impetus to this program.
